Let’s face it. We all have to start somewhere in our career.  You may have hired a Human Resources Administrator, Manager, or other title. You may even call that person an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper, Accountant, Payroll Person, or in many cases (for family owned companies) simply “the spouse.” You may have hired someone straight out of college with a degree in Human Resources who is bright and willing yet still lacks the hands-on experience that can only be gained through years in the field of HR.
   
Our HR Mentor Program provides your HR person with a single point of contact.  He or she is guided along the process with a training and mentoring program designed to create the professional Human Resourced Department all solid companies need to flourish.   Let’s admit it, for smaller companies, “green” is much more cost effective than a highly experienced Human Resources Professional. Plus, in many cases, you may want that person to function in more than one role which is a practical and cost effective option.  Most seasoned Human Resources professionals would prefer to focus 100% on HR rather than oversee functions such as Accounts Payable, Administration, or other role. Even if you could recruit an HR expert willing to handle multi-departments, the person’s HR experience would demand a much higher salary.
