About O’Peka Consulting
O'Peka Consulting was founded in 2006 by Cindy O’Peka SPHR with the vision of bringing much needed Human Resources expertise to two types of organizations.
     •Companies not large enough to justify the cost of a full time HR person.
     •Companies that have an HR person who is bright but still lacks the much needed hands on experience that comes from
       years in the industry.   
 
We are located in Northern Califonia and can assist "in person" any company within driving distance. This could include Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Rancho Cordova, Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Sacramento, Antelope, Roseville and more.  We also have clients in the Bay Area, Southern California and some multistate clients as well.  We can travel as needed for special projects and are happy to assist our clients who are international as we have experience in worldwide HR support.
